The interview was weird. It consisted of a mix of behavioural and situational questions (normal), but the nature of some of the questions was unusual. The first question was "it's been said that an interviewer makes up their mind about a candidate within the first 5 minutes of the interview. Do you agree?". "What do you avoid doing at all costs?" I had been laid off by my former employer and they asked more than once how I felt about that (i.e. was it a shock for me) and how well my restructuring meeting was conducted, which I thought was unprofessional. I rate this interview as difficult because of the odd questions that were asked.
