I am currently going through the interview process. Applying online is not enough. You must take a resume in and then follow up with a phone call. Sometimes there are so many applications online that unless you have made personal contact yours will not be looked at. I did all of the above and did receive a call. The first part of the interview is a phone interview. If you get past that you are brought in to meet with the Department Superviser... if that goes well you will then get a background check and then finally a meeting with the store manager wher your final interview and negotiation takes place.I am at that stage now.

First got a call from Human Resources, they asked me a number of general questions , which narrowed down which department would be best for me. Passing that phone in interview got me a 1-1 interview two days later with the departments manager. After that I was notified that I'd be hired and started a week later.
