I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Holiday Inn (Kalamazoo, MI) in Apr 2015
Interview
Open ended interview for the most part. The interview really focused on past customer service experience I had. Likewise they will want to give you situations and then tell you how you would deal with them. Overall you will be able to do well with little to no preperation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me what you would do you were asked to do something you didn't want to do by a customer?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Holiday Inn (Plano, TX) in May 2014
Interview
I felt like I knew more than the person that was interviewing me. They asked very general questions and you could tell that it made them nervous that I had a higher education level and more experience than they did.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Holiday Inn (Louisville, KY) in Feb 2015
Interview
It was easy. There were fairly standard questions and it all lasted about twenty minutes. They asked questions about what type of environment I could handle. It may be different if you take into account the idea that I would be working at night alone. So other than that they just would expect that people would be able to handle customer service effortlessly.
