Holiday Inn Front Desk Agent interview questions

Interview was very professional. I was greeted and offered a beverage while i was waiting. It was a very brief interview. Not too long at all. Their management team is great.

Very informal. Out in the Prefunction area in front of random hotel guests. Female Manager interviewed me and glared at me the entire time as though she was examining me. I should have known that it was the direct result of her disgusting lack of effective management skills. She only asked me a few questions, and I was honest with her about every single one. I was offered the job via email two days later. There was no background check, no drug screen. I guess I should have also known that this was a strong indication of the quality of character of the people I’d unfortunately be working with.
