Either apply in person or through referrals. If selected, an in person interview is scheduled. Interview is with HR director and department manager. The interview itself is fairly straightforward. For GSA, it is mostly focused on personality aptitude towards the hospitality role.

Phone interview followed by in person interview with human resources, who then brings you down to talk to the front desk manager and finally the operations manager. It only took one in-person interview to get the job. However, human resources asked me to come into an interview at 3pm, and CALLED ME at 4pm asking if I was ready for my phone interview... should have known then this hotel was a mess

Applied online, was sent an online video interview. Was called 3wks later for an in person interview with the front desk director. Interview was like 45mins long. Mostly behavioral questions like what would you do in team. How did you solve a difficult situation
