Hilti Group Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

First contact was some fun games that you played online and the second was a virtual interview with pre-recorded questions. It was well organized and very comfortable process so far.

Offered group assessment day with individual interview after application, with around 10-12 other applicants. The interview process consisted of being separated into groups for a group interview, then an individual interview with two senior salespeople, and then a mock customer presentation.
