I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HelloFresh (Grand Prairie, TX) in Nov 2017
Interview
COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL is the short story. For anyone out there interested in working for this "company", you should weigh heavily the reviews on here that describe being left hanging with no replies to emails & calls when trying to understand where you stand with the company after interviewing.
Like everyone else's story, I applied online, had a 30 minute phone interview with non-managemt a couple weeks later, and then had a second interview with management after that. The sound of crickets is that only I heard after my second phone interview, despite politely trying to contact these "professionals" in order to understand where I stood with the hiring process. It's completely unacceptable to not follow up with candidates who made their schedules available in order to interview with your company. It's beyond fathomable to not follow up with candidates who have tried to reach out to you first in order to understand where they stand. I don't write out of anger for not being hired, I am humble enough to understand that I am not the right fit for every role that I apply for. I write out of frustration for all the people out there that are job hunting and understand what it's like in this day and age to actually get your resume looked at by human eyes, be excited to get an interview, to only be left hanging with no response from a company.
If the way they treat their candidates is any reflection of what the company values, I have zero interest in working for HelloFresh.

In what ways have you used Excel in your past roles?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HelloFresh (Berlín) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview process was the best one compared to the rest of the companies I was applying to.
The process was based in 5 steps:
- Interview with HR (In my case was Julian)
- Coding test
- Code Review by one of their engineers
- Technical Interview with one their Tech Leads (Pedro)
- Final interview with the CTO
Two of the best factors for me were that everything happened in less than two weeks, and communication was flowing continuously.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HelloFresh in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied online and I had 3 interviews.
1-Interview with the HR, basically talking about my past experiences and introducing me the company. After that they gave me a coding challenge that is basically a simple version of Hello Fresh app.
2-I was asked about some decisions I did during the development of the app as well some android related questions.
3-Task with the CTO
