I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hays (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in Jul 2016
Interview
A 5 stage interview process:
- Online application - CV submission - not very long
- Telephone interview - was a bit unexpected as I called in to ask a question and ended up being interviewed without really knowing. It went okay nonetheless but I was honest about not being prepared and didn't try and blag it.
- 1-2-1 Interview with internal recruiters
- Assessment centre with internal recruiters
- Final 1-2-1 with a director
