The first filtering process was a phone interview and she was very pleasant to speak to. She answered all of my questions clearly and mind you, I had a lot. Then, we scheduled a f2f interview with the Internal Recruiter. After speaking to her for about 40 minutes, she called in the Regional Director to meet with me. I got a phone call the next day to see whether I would be interested for the intern position. The whole process took about 3 days. I kid you not. They work fast.
