Hays Intern interview questions

Phone call with the recruiter at the london office - then past that were 2 assessment centres. Following this you go to a face to face with potential manager where they go through your c.v and mainly ask competency based questions.

Took about 2 weeks, phone interview and another on-site interview. Phone interview was pretty standard stuff asking me whether I knew what Hays revolved around, my experience with recruitment and so on. The on-site interview was very warm, just some questions on how I see myself a fit in the company
