HSBC Account Manager interview questions

Applied during the pandemic, interview was conducted on Zoom by the sweetest hiring manager ever. You have to go through a brief phone interview with the HR and pass the online assessment before getting into the actual interview.

The process of hiring in HSBC Sri Lanka is a bit long because there are 3 interviews which will be held on 3 seperate timings and a series of tests. After you get through the first steps which is a face to face interview and followed with some tests to determine the level of knowledge. and if you get through all this you will be asked to bring in a set of documents (Originals & Copies) within a week or two and after you submit all the documents and it will be sent to another place for verification and processing where it will possibly take a month or more because a large number of candidates applications are being verified. And if all is good they will send the confirmation offer letter and a date to join.
