they first take english grammer test, after that they conduct an GD round in which they judge your accent and the way you speak.after that they conduct an interview round,on clearing that they have an online cocubes test in which 60 questions were asked each 20 from english,quant and reasoning. after that they conduct an HR round.if you clear all these rounds.... then they offered the job..

Very technical interview, you will need to know your field of work very well. Hard to understand interviewer at times.
