Google Marketing interview questions

The interview started with going over my resume. It progressed to behavioral questions such as: describe a poor experience you have had with a previous manager and what did you do to overcome this? After a series of behavioral questions i was asked a case question:: How much would you charge to wash all of the windows in Seattle?

I applied online. Had a telephone interview but unfortunately wasn't invited to a face-to-face interview. I was given some feedback though. The interviewer was very patient and friendly. He asked me about my motivations for applying for the job, my experience, some things I had mentioned in my application (mainly about a blog I write), about recent product releases and their competitors. My advice would be do your research. Look up news articles with the keyword Google in them for the past year and try and get an idea of how the business works, how they make money and if possible what the role your applying for entails. And try not to be nervous, they just want calm, interesting and well thought out answers.
