I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Goodwill (Maple Valley, WA) in Oct 2012
Interview
Tacoma Goodwill found my resume after I posted it originally for a donations attendant. they pulled me from that pool and looked at my experience and decided I would be better as a Supervisor. They gave me a call and I was able to complete a same day interview. Very honest and open on what the position was for and how to go about obtaining the position.

Question 1
"The salary for a Supervisor is $11.50 with limited cost of living raises. Will this work for you?" This was the most unexpected question I have dealt with ever. The fact that they divulged the salary was OK but actually asked me if it will work for me made me feel kind of put on the spot. I was afraid to say no because I still was not decided on whether I wanted the job or not.
