I have applied through VNIT for Godrej chemicals as a chemical engineering .The process has 2 rounds . Based on pointer criteria students are shortlisted . 1 st round HR 29 people appeared only 5 were selected for furthur round which was conducted in mumbai main office . It is both technical and HR done by officials. Mostly the order in which they shortlisted 5 top 2 or 3 will be taken
The interview process was completely online and was for godrej aerospace department .Very easy process ,questions about electrochemistry,thermodynamics,chemistry and some general questions about our goals, future,ambitions etc. The interviewer seemed less interested in the process itself.

1) Aptitude Test ( English, Reasoning , Branch specific) over all the question are simple and can eaasily get the anwer from google. while for branch we have some decent knowlegde in specific. 2) Personeel Interview (HR ,Technical)

There was a written technical test which included basic math and english questions. After the test, there was a group discussion amongst the students it was related to AI advantages and disadvantages. Finally there was an interview round with HR and a technical manager which had some basic questions about past experiences and projects.
