Really embarrassing. The interview process involves solving a business case that should be a consulting job they don't want to pay for, and they get it for free from the different applicants. They send you a case to analyze (which consists of making a presentation to a board of internal managers, with real data and information that they should pay a lot for a consulting firm) and even the template you have to use with Glovo's colors and fonts, because they use it internally afterwards. Not only that, but you also have to go in person to do it (when it could easily be done online) to answer questions from internal managers who are not involved in the selection process. They are so obvious in their desire to obtain free analysis that they don't even include questions about the interviewee or their career in this interview. These practices should be banned in the EU; it is an absolute abuse by companies to obtain free labor.
