They will let you take a universal cognitive and personality test. It has SAT questions which is really weird. Math, logic, and English. Why won't they just try and interview the person if they are really interested. It is already 2020 for a SAT kind of test for a job unless you will work for banks, consulting, and financial services companies.

Ti arriva un'email con la possibilità di prenotare uno slot per un colloquio. Il primo colloquio è con un membro del team in cui è previsto l'inserimento e se va bene c'è il colloquio finale con la manager.
Fue una entrevista personal. Hicieron las preguntas basicas de cualquier entrevista y luego unas un poco mas relacionadas con la cultura de la empresa y del puesto en particular. Muy amables.
Very specific questions about role, practical interview. You need to review how to do the specific functions of the job, because question will be directly about that. Interview is in Spanish even though all emails sent, and job application is English
