Globant Senior Developer Java interview questions

Received a call from HR, he asked me about the current salary and my excepted salary and before scheduling interview he was fine with expected CTC. Next day Interview was scheduled and I cleared both technical 1 and technical 2 rounds and received an email ' you have cleared the interview'. After that not received any update further and when I try to connect with HR, no response from his side and when I put interview panel in CC he responded that I am trying to higher management approval. My question to these HR that if you know ECTC is not possible then don't schedule interview. Why you are wasting time of candidate and interview panel whose taking interview for you free of cost. If same happen with these HR how they feel , think on that. Unprofessional experience from Big IT company.
