IT was an online interview with about 10 questions. I had to introduce my research experiences and my published journal papers. Research interests and plans are also asked. After the interview, I just waited. It takes about 1~2 week to receive the offer.

The interview was simple and casual. The manager really cared about how I would fit in as well as my aptitude for the position and personality traits. At the time of hire, many other candidates were considered. I had to take an assessment / test.
