How would you handle a situation when a customer is trying to return a product that has clearly been worn and is not eligible for return?
Not super hard, and the process was overall more conversational and behavior-focused. The interview lasted around 30 minutes, with questions relating to customer service, customer satisfaction, and the process of building relationships.
Easy interview process! The interviewer was very welcoming and I appreciated their thoughtful answers to my questions. I have shopped at Gap for as long as I can remember, so it was nice to see that they have kind people working in management.
