I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Gap in May 2015
Interview
When I came in I told the cashier I was there for an interview and she called the manager out and told me to look around while I waited. The manager greeted me and lead me to her office in the back for the interview. First, I filled out a form saying the hours I am available each day and if I have any upcoming vacations. She then asked me questions like "Have you ever had an issue with someone, and how did you handle it?" and "When was a time you had to act as a leader and how do you think you handle that?". Those were two of the more difficult ones but she also asked me what influences my style and things like that. I didn't get the typical what is your biggest weakness question, which is awesome. She said she would call my references and get back to me. I was offered a position without a second interview, which they usually do.
