Interview
The interview consisted of only behavioral questions. The recruiter was very nice throughout the interview, and went through my resume, and based on my resume she asked me a few behavioral questions.

Interview
First was a phone screening with an internal HR professional. After the initial screening, I was interviewed by the hiring manager and a few of the staff. I was then asked to come in for an on-site interview in which I interviewed with the team and support staff.

Interview
Had one 30 minute interview. Not technical, all behavior questions. Made up a hypothetical situation to test your ethical background. Need to answer the situation with common sense. On top of the situation, there were plenty of normal questions to gather the background. GE takes the road of non technical interviews and believes that they can teach the material.

Interview
Only one interview and you will be interviewed by one person only, he or she will ask a time when you were a leader, a situation when one of your teammates disagreed with your decision or opinion and how did you manage it. He would ask you to tell him a time when you where a leader, how was that experience and what did you learn.
