I applied through college or university. I interviewed at GE (University Park, PA) in Feb 2014
Interview
I went to the career fair. The next day I interviewed. The questions were all behavioral and the interview lasted thirty minutes. A week later, I received an email that I had been put on a wait list. A month and half later, I was told I got the job. All communication after the interview was done via email.
The call was a typical phone interview. Questions were motivational, as the explanation of my choice toward GE, and competency based, for instance my degree of knowledge of Microsoft Office package. The final par of the interview encompassed the decriptionof two situations in which I demonstrated leadership, and another one of me facing time constraints in learning a new task.
