GE Field Services Engineer interview questions

Very friendly

First was interviewed by Human Resources. A couple days later interviewed by 3 different people within the organization. Finally a couple weeks later interviewed by 2 more employees. All over the phone. Questions asked included "What would you do in this situation" type questions. Also what are your weaknesses? Some interviewers tried to put me off to the job altogether but that was based on the nature of the FSE roll, at least that was the impression they gave.
