I applied through college or university. I interviewed at GE in Sep 2016
Interview
Met at career fair at university and got scheduled for an interview for the next day on campus. It was a short interview, only lasting about 20-30 minutes with one interviewer. The interviewer did not create a comfortable interview environment; asking dead-panned behavioral and technical questions and not making it feel like a conversation.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GE (Edmonton, AB) in Jul 2016
Interview
The interview was through a video process. short and mostly behavioural questions. You talk into your webcam so its a pretty impersonal web interview most that you can expect in a screening interview. Standard behavioural questions, about 3 of them. you get a minuite to prepare and and 3 mins to answer.
