The interview process went very smoothly. An initial interview with the recruiter led to an interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was an interview with the team and a presentation had to be conducted by the candidates. I created a simple PowerPoint. The final interview was with the director, which was straight to the point. After all that, they chose two internal candidates. If you have a liking for internal candidates while the interview process is being conducted, stop the interview process and save other candidates some time.
