to schedule for an interview (zoom)
after the interview
the manager called after a few minutes if i can come to the clinic
she showed me the facility and introduced me to the nurses and pct working there

Two calls and one shadow opportunity. First call was a job description and the second was a call with clinic managers from multiple branches. Shadow apt was an hour long on the floor

Was contacted by a recruiter. Did the phone screening then she ghosted me. It takes 2 seconds to inform a candidate that they weren’t selected. I don’t know what’s up with recruiters nowadays but this is a very unprofessional practice that I wish recruiters start being held accountable for!
