I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Forever 21 in May 2009
Interview
When I went in for my interview I arrived 10 minutes early...but ended up waiting 40 minutes before the interview!! While waiting I walked the store...not one employee talked to me as a costumer or interviewee. The interview was fairly laid back and easy...mostly questions about fashion trends and personal skills. The manager that interviewed me gave told me if I don't call you by Saturday, you didn't get the job. Which I apperciated! He called me the next morning to offer me the job!

Interview
The assistant manager of this Forever 21 was very polite and nice. I did not end up getting the position but there were limited job openings and many people being interviewed. The group interview went well, I felt like I answered the questions pretty well. They asked the normal interview questions such as.. why do you want to work at Forever 21, why should we pick you to work here, etc..

Group Interview. About 5 to 6 girls. They called back about like two other girls from my group besides me. She was very very nice. She came in when she had the day off to do the interviews. It was smooth and probbly lasted about a good 35 minutes. One of the things that we had to do was act out our costumer service and sell our outfit.
