I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Sunrise, FL) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview was a group interview. The HR took us in one-by-one for maybe a 5-8 minute interview. Very short and quick to the point. The wait time before the interview was about 10 mins. Interview attire was very down-to-earth but casual/chic. HR and associates were very welcoming and friendly.

Interview
I asked a cashier if they were hiring on a Wednesday and she gave me an application. Submitted it on Friday. I got a call on Thursday for an interview the next day. The manager assistant interviewed me and she was amazingly nice that I didn't feel intimated considering it was my very first interview. I enjoyed talking to her. I'm actually really upset I didn't get a call back because I thought I did well, but I suppose there are other people more qualified than I am.

Interview
I was walking through the mall shopping and saw they were hiring. Went in and filled out an application, and was interviewed in person 3 days later. They were desperate for a lot of new hires, so I knew getting the job wouldn't be a huge challenge. When I went in for the interview, he asked me a few questions and offered me the job on the spot. Very easy process for the most part, but that wasn't surprising considering the job itself.

Question 1
They mainly asked questions about my personal style, why I wanted to work for them, how I would handle a shoplifting customer, and asked about my communication skills.
