I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fluor (Alabang) in Jan 2012
Interview
Very quick. Since I was a fresh graduate, the interview process was just very quick. Before the interview I was given an exam covering basic engineering and mathematics, something you can ace even without reviewing. After that I went home and go on with my business, then a couple of days later, the department manager called me and asked me to go to his office the following morning for a job offer. I went and was offered and has been with the company for almost four years now.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fluor (Sugar Land, TX)
