I was called a week after I submitted my resume, it was only one interview (in-person), after the interview they called me a week later to ask for my references, 2 days later they called me and offer the position, I accepted and started within 2 weeks. No salary negotiation was necessary.

Interview
I had the interview with the line manager and one finance personnel. The whole interview process was about 40 minutes. Mostly I had questions from line manager and some from finance personnel. The process was straightforward with questions about my past experience and relevant to the role. Also, they asked how far I live from their office and how I will commute.

Interview
Interviews were really good. Started with a phone interview with HR. Then an in person interview. Then another phone interview and finally there was another group interview with the hiring manager and somebody from corporate office which would be my dotted line supervisor.
