Flex interview questions

As an internal employee I still followed the process of applying on line. Next called from 800-xxx-xxxx number to set up interview. Had panel interview the next week created of both people involved on the account and others as space fillers. Overall it was simple and painless. Not everyone paid attention, some were on their phone

Was instructed to enter a lobby and waited for a fair amount of time before interviewers had either arrived or freed up time to begin the interview. Interviewed with three people back to back and took about two hours in total. Was asked the standard questions about resume and experience and expected pay. Overall interview went very smoothly.
