Flex interview questions

Written test - general apptitute Technical Interview - explained below HR - Fluent english mainly and some psychological questions. While giving the joining date, they may delay. Most of the time recruitment is for night shift.

Considering my current position of Process team lead and my experience of 4 years in logistics I have been mentioned by HR to face interview for Team lead logistics position. After answering my 1st questions answer, interviewer asked me considering my current designation and experience why I am applying/ interested for logistics analysts position. I clarified that I was supposed to be interviewed for Team lead position as is mentioned in my interview call later and discussion that I had with HR first time. However I would not have any issue to work for Logistics Analyst position if get selected. Interviewer told me to discuss this issue with HR and my interview was over. ( I didn't expect it to be closed that way, but it did) After discussing the case with HR, he mentioned interviewer doesn't think my profile is suitable for Team lead position and he will check with higher management and call me again for an interview of team lead position if approved by higher management. I didn't received any call from HR or any other Flextronics employee, neither giving me update about why I wasn't considered for position of team lead nor I got any update on my selection for the post of logistics analysts. Very disappointing process or experience !!!
