Interview

One hour phone call with Senior Manager/Mentor. Discussed the company, his job, and the expectations for the interview. No behavioral questions, just background information from my resume, school work, etc. One short phone call with recruiter and one with hiring manager then was offered the position a few weeks later.

In person interview after a phone interview. Typical interview for most part. Arrived early and signed in. Rooms were an issue as had to wait a bit for one to free up. Met with 2 people initially. General questions at first and then specific to the job.

The interview process is just able the same as any other job there is. You get a call, you set up a time and day. You come in and they ask specific questions relating to the job. They ask basic questions about yourself and you go from there. You get the call for an offer and you go through the usual background check.
