initially written test(Aptitude & Technical) will be carried out to shortlist the candidates. Aptitude test little bit easy to crack. well prepare logical reasoning section. Then Technical HR round (More questions in java and OOPS concepts) and this may be 1:1 / group/Panel If its done u receive a call/mail from HR personnel for the Background verification. well prepare in java core concepts and simple java java programs they will ask to write on the paper. that is very easy to say. you can deliver your concepts very clearly.

It was very thorough. The people there are very knowledgeable and know exactly what they are looking for in a candidate. The managers were very precise in the questions they chose and we're very clear when it came to detailing what the position was. It was an overall length great experience .
