Got invited to the interview at FIS (Platform securities).
Got interviewed by 2 people. One of them was a genuine nice person whereas the other one was a complete tool.
There are some people who have been promoted as "managers" by licking everyone's backside but lack the soft skills required to do the role.

1st round business related questions and some technical related questions on reporting, SQL and coding knowledge
2nd round business related questions, time management, conflict management, agile related questions, cost management, process improvement, process automation and resource management

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FIS (Austin, TX) in Mar 2024

He was very unprofessional, had to keep probing why they were not considering. He was unclear nor the hiring manager. Later realized the hiring manager was new to Sr role and had no prior experience in recruiting.
