ExxonMobil Process Operator interview questions

It was based on the star method. Simple questions about job history and situations. There’s two parts of the interview. First part is more about job history second part is more behavioral. Took about two hours.

Started with a site induction, that took about 1 hour to complete 2 modules. After that is the interview proper with 2 (30-45min sessions) and a 5 minute break in between. Each session had a panel of 3 interviewers. Then its the site walkaround that took about 30mins.
