It was a two part interview. Each part had two operators. The first part was background and the second part was situational. The interviewers are well trained and try to throw you off balance.

Interview
Started with a site induction, that took about 1 hour to complete 2 modules. After that is the interview proper with 2 (30-45min sessions) and a 5 minute break in between. Each session had a panel of 3 interviewers. Then its the site walkaround that took about 30mins.
