Everforth Apex Systems interview questions

I sent my resume to the provided email address. This person then checked my LinkedIn account. Within 90 minutes, I received an email to setup a phone interview. A 9 am call for scheduled for the next day; he confirmed that he would call me. At 9:10 am the following morning, I sent an email to confirm the time and my cell number. No response. At 10 am, I called his cell. No answer, and he had not setup his voicemail box. I confirmed that I called the correct number. The next day, I sent an email to the original person to say that the recruiter was a no show for the appointment the previous day. No response from that person either. To recap, they emailed me. They set up the interview. They never canceled the appointment, they just unaccountably went silent. I have worked with many recruiters for both hiring and looking for a job. This is easily the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered.

The interview process consisted of a phone interview and then an in person interview. The phone interview was short, and not that challenging. The in person interview was about 45 minutes to an hour, there were two people interviewing me, and I was asked basic GIS Technician interview questions such as what is vector data. I interviewed over a year ago, so they process may have changed. Overall I would say the interview process was on the medium to easy side of interviews, and they let some people slip through the cracks that should not have made it through.
