I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
I meet the guy in an office building where there was a receptionist. Right away, we got in a rental and drove to the airport where the job would be and gave me a tour and acted like I was already hired.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The first guy didn't ask me any questions except things that had nothing to do with the job. Then we eventually went into a cramped office and meet with the other guy's manager as well. I swear I remember there being a clipboard and the guy asking questions like, what do you think you five best qualities are and "how do you ensure you are productive" and random non-sense questions.

Interview
I applied online and within couple days I received a email to schedule a call with a recruiter. When she called she was very nice and asked me some questions about prior work history and why I had applied to enterprise and whom else had I been applying to. After that she set me up for. Face to face interview with the branch manager and assistant manager. That went great. They showed me around and then I had my actual interview. It went good. I was asked good questions about my goals, my personality, what do seek in a job, why did I want to work there, etc. the next day the recruiter called back to see how I had liked the interview, but I missed her call. So she called me back the next day to ask more questions about liking the interview then she offered me the position!
