Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

My interview was scheduled during COVID time, hence, it was done via online. There were 2 interviewers, but questions were normally raised by the line manager and the another interviewer was more on observation during the call. Interviewer was polite, professional, willing to share and it's more like a two way communication.

Summer internship interview--friendly panel of virtual interviewers. The whole process took about one hour. They used the STAR method to ask questions and requested that I answers using SMART framework. Had an offer within about two weeks.
