Interview
Applied through college/ university in 2018. Interviewed on campus and then met my potential manager for a meal/ talk. Received feedback soon after and an offer within a few weeks.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ecolab (Las Vegas, NV) in Jan 2018
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter. Waited about 3 weeks for a phone interview with the hiring manager (out of state). Waited another 3 weeks after the phone interview for an on site interview. Waited another 2 weeks after the on site interview for a ride-along. All went well, then they went silent. No feedback outside of the positive feedback during the process. Their jobs are posted frequently and by talking with local employees seems like a high turnover rate with zero work/life balance.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to deal with an unhappy customer and how you handled it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ecolab (Saint John, NB) in Sep 2017
Interview
I applied online and received a phone call two weeks later to set up a preliminary interview over the phone for the next day. After that, was immediately asked for a full phone interview for the following week. I was told there could be an additional follow up interview in a couple of weeks with the area manager.
I decided the position wasn't a good fit for me after the second interview.
