Transaction Economics Group, starts with a 30-minute written assessment that consists of both behavior and technical (finance and accounting) questions. After that, two back-to-back in-person interviews with a Partner and a Senior Manager. The Senior Manager would focus on technical questions, nothing too difficult, just basic financial statements questions. The Partner would ask a series of behavior questions. The interviews were very smooth, there is no pressure coming from the interviewers and they are absolutely nice people.
