Great process. Interviews were more behavioral and less technical. There were many networking options during the day and a reception at the end. People were very friendly and welcoming. All in all good experience.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EY in Feb 2013
Interview
1st round on campus is a 1-hr intreview. 30 mins behavioral and 30 mins for a case interview. the 2nd round is most critical and the final round. It has 4 back-to-back interviews of 45 mins each. Out of the 4 interviews, 2 were behavioral, 1 was a team-case presentation and 1 was an individual case interview. The interview process is fairly conversational and they will not stress you out at any point of time. The most important is the case interview.

- Non were particularly surprising. They generally involved run of the mill personality questions in addition to questions regarding why I wanted to work for the firm. Just as you would expect really.
