I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at EY (Glasgow, Escocia) in Nov 2019
Interview
Having completed online tests/video interviews I went to the assessment centre in Glasgow. There were lots of people there (around 100) with people having applied to different regions/area of study. We were split into smaller groups and were given a buddy to show us around. There was a paired exercise, a group exercise, a 1to1 and a maths section.

Question 1
If you could use extra training in any area on the job what area would you choose?
The whole process was good, the recruiters were nice and had a good impression of the company. After the final interview I received positive feedbacks and then I have been ghosted, they didn’t even answer to the follow-ups
An interractive accounting/consulting test with a very gamified interface. They first sent an email confirming my application then a link to the gamified consulting/financial advisory experience. Then the experience is ended with a 1 way video interview with a very short time to prepare.
