Interview
The interview took place over two days. The first day was HR after which certain people were shortlisted and there were two technical rounds after the HR round. The HR round was simple, more about your background and what’s on your resume. As for technical it was basic accounts and IFRS and about audit.
The interview process was lengthy but it was intellectually stimulating and involved very active participation, which made it enjoyable for me. It also involved a fair amount of collaboration with other candidates, which some may appreciate while others may not.
Through the university, submitted resume, on campus interviews scheduled and went out to dinner and social events, offer came shortly after via phone call, fairly easy and straight forward process
