I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Glasgow, Escocia) in Nov 2018
Interview
The process was the best one that I have experienced. The assessment centre was split into 'zones' which allowed me to fully show my potential. I loved the day and received an offer!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They wanted to know about me rather than about my knowledge of the company or the industry. It was a lot about whether I am able to take criticism, how I like to work and what I do and don't enjoy doing.
The whole process was good, the recruiters were nice and had a good impression of the company. After the final interview I received positive feedbacks and then I have been ghosted, they didn’t even answer to the follow-ups
An interractive accounting/consulting test with a very gamified interface. They first sent an email confirming my application then a link to the gamified consulting/financial advisory experience. Then the experience is ended with a 1 way video interview with a very short time to prepare.
