With walk in interview, more than 800 applicants turned up, without having knowledge of no. of vacancies. There were four rounds in total. they should have one resume scrutiny round as well to ensure that only those candidates turn up who fulfill the basic criteria. First round was Aptitude test along with E-mail writing followed by an group HR round where you were asked to speak 2 lines on yourself and 2 lines (literally) on a topic. The next 2 rounds were technical rounds having questions ranging from journal entries to cash flow statement. Each round was elimination round.
After all the rounds everyone was asked to leave and they said results would be out in 2 days. Instead there was no information of the results for 2 months. After 2 months many applicants got a call from their HR asking if we are still interested in joining, since we cleared all the rounds where they said we would get the offer letter in a week and joining will be after 3 weeks. Instead no offer letter came to many applicants. They even stopped picking up their calls. No revert was given to mail inquires as well. Since I knew someone in the company, I arranged the person official no. of the HR. When i called he rejected the call and texted me to message him. After i messaged him, no reply came.
Terrible management of the HR team.
