Interview
I applied through the college placement. There were three rounds in the recruitment process - Online test, HR round and technical interview. The shortlisted candidates after the HR round were called for technical round in their office.

The first question was to introduce yourself. Also they asked about the number of hours you can devote, any kind of experiences which you have mentioned in your resume.

Interview
First stage, computer based exam where your basic excel, accounting knowledge will be tested. Second, GD cum Introduction round. Third, 2 phase of PI. One where technical knowledge will be tested and in another is basically and HR round where your communication, social and body language will be judged.

Interview
The hiring process consisted of an online application, an online test, an assessment centre and a final interview with a partner at the firm. Although long, the interview process was relaxed and well organised. The partner interview was not a stressful one, but more of a conversation in which they are trying to get to know you as a person. The interview was competency based. The assessment centre involved group activities, working in pairs and individual tasks as well as numerical tests.
