Diageo Intern interview questions

Two interviewers with a capacity-based interview. All questions based around the core values of Diageo, asking for specific examples based on past experience. Friendly interview process with conversational tone. Remain comfortable and prepare examples for a variety of situations, giving yourself various avenues to take. Examples can be professional or personal, just build a good story and come across as a genuine person with leadership qualities.

It was quite a laid back interview, more of a chat tbh, probably because it was for an internship position and I had an internal reference. Asked about CV and what I wanted out of the internship. Was pretty much offered the position on the spot. Was shown around and introduced to colleagues after the interview was conducted. Overall it was a nice experience.
