I explained that I was confronted by several guests in my field and always made sure that the persons story was heard and that they felt like I genuinely cared to solve or work on their issue. I explained that in most situations that someone is upset, they just want to feel validated and that their concerns matter. I've also taken a conflict management class when I was in college and found how important word choice and approaches are when discussing an issue with someone else.
